Saint-Tropez Villa is a small, hand-picked rental house. We work directly with around three dozen private villas on the Saint-Tropez peninsula — each one personally known to Sylvana, our specialist, who has spent twenty-five years on this stretch of coast.
Why we exist
The big rental platforms are good at one thing: scale. They are not particularly good at the personal, slightly idiosyncratic business of helping someone find a villa they will actually love. That is the gap we fill.
Every villa in our collection is one Sylvana has visited and would happily recommend to a friend. The list is short on purpose — we’d rather know thirty villas well than three hundred superficially.
How we work
- By appointment only. Send a brief enquiry — Sylvana replies within twenty-four hours with a tailored proposal.
- No commission games. We are paid by the villa owners, not by you. The rate you pay is the rate the owner sets.
- One point of contact. From first email through arrival, transfers, restaurant reservations and any concierge needs — Sylvana handles everything personally.
- Discreet. Many of our guests value their privacy. We never share your details, never publish guest lists, never use you in marketing.
The peninsula we know
The Saint-Tropez peninsula is small, but it has more character per square kilometre than almost anywhere on the Mediterranean. We work across nine distinct neighbourhoods — Pampelonne, Les Parcs, Les Salins, Ramatuelle, Gassin, La Croix-Valmer, Sainte-Maxime, Grimaud, and the Gold Triangle — each with its own pace, light, and reasons to choose it.
