These terms govern your use of the Saint-Tropez Villa website (sainttropezvilla.com). By using the site you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.

Each villa booking is governed by a separate rental agreement, which you receive at the time of booking. The rental agreement, not these website terms, sets out the conditions of your stay.

About the information on this site

We make every effort to keep villa descriptions, photographs, and availability information accurate and up to date. However, properties change over time. Final villa specifications, dates, and rates are confirmed in writing during your enquiry — those confirmations supersede anything shown on the website.

Photographs are intended to give you a fair impression of each villa but are not guaranteed to reflect every detail at the time of your stay.

Booking and payment

Booking, payment terms, security deposits, cancellation policies, and any other commercial conditions are set out in your individual rental agreement. We will share the rental agreement before you confirm a booking.

Liability

Saint-Tropez Villa acts as an introducer and coordinator between you and the villa owners. The owners are responsible for the property and its condition. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees we have charged you, except in cases of negligence or wilful misconduct.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, photographs, design, the Saint-Tropez Villa name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Draguignan (Var), France.
