Concierge

From the moment a villa is reserved, you have a single contact for everything that happens around it. Restaurant reservations at Tigrrr, Loulou Ramatuelle, Sénéquier or the harder-to-book back-alley spots. Beach club access at Loulou or Tahiti. Last-minute massage, daily flower deliveries, a local doctor on call — whatever you need.

Private chefs & catering

Sylvana works with a short list of chefs who cook seasonally and discreetly — a Tuscan one for long lunches, a sushi-trained one for lighter evenings, a Provençal grandmother who makes the best pissaladière on the coast. Tell us how you like to eat and we’ll match the right hands to your kitchen.

Private dinners

Long tables under the pine trees, candles down the centre, sun setting over the Gulf. Whether it’s an intimate anniversary or a fifty-cover celebration, we set the table, the lighting and the menu so you can stay seated.

Daily breakfast

A morning market run is part of the rhythm of a Saint-Tropez stay — but for guests who prefer to wake into a ready table, we arrange daily breakfast service: fresh pastries from the village bakery, fruit from Place des Lices, coffee just the way you like it.

Yacht charter

Half-day to a full week, motor or sail. Lunch in Île de Porquerolles, anchor off Pampelonne for the afternoon, sundowners on the way back. We work with a small group of trusted captains and have charter access to vessels from 12 to 60 metres.

Childcare & activities
