Saint-Tropez Villa (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group composition, and any preferences or notes you choose to share. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange your stay.

If you correspond with us by email, we keep a record of that correspondence as long as it remains relevant to your booking or to a future enquiry you may make.

Our website uses minimal cookies — only what is necessary for the site to function. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. We do not track you across other websites.

How we use your information

Your enquiry details are used to: respond to your enquiry, send villa proposals that match your requirements, prepare contracts and invoices, coordinate logistics during your stay (transfers, restaurants, services), and follow up after departure with practical matters.

We never share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We never add you to any newsletter or marketing list without your explicit consent. The only third parties who receive your information are those directly involved in delivering your stay — villa owners, drivers, chefs, restaurants — and only the minimum information they need.

How long we keep your information

Booking-related information is retained for seven years following your last stay, in line with French and Dutch tax and accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for two years and then deleted unless you ask us to keep them longer.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to: access the information we hold about you, correct any inaccuracies, request deletion of your data (subject to our legal retention obligations), and request a portable copy of your information.
